  • All information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
  • I understand that any false or misleading information may result in denial of my application or immediate termination of my site agreement.
  • I authorize No Bad Days RV, LLC to verify any of the information provided, including performing a background check if deemed necessary.
  • I understand this application does not guarantee approval or reservation of a site until confirmed in writing by management.
  • Indemnification. I agree that management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Bad Days RV, LLC, its officers, owners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of my use of the property.
  • Host/Guest arrangement. I understand this is a host/guest arrangement, not a landlord/tenant agreement. Payment for the site is entirely for services rendered.
  • I acknowledge I have received a copy of the Rules & Regulations and the Well Water Notice, which I am signing separately below.

1. Arrivals & Departures

  • A $200 deposit is required to hold your site for up to two weeks. Also serves as electrical & move-out deposit — refunded if account is current and site left in good condition.
  • If you do not move in within two weeks, the deposit is forfeited and the space is marked available.
  • Full payment of $550 rent + $200 deposit due upon move-in. Rent pro-rated to your move-in date.
  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month. 5-day grace period. Late fees of $15/day accrue starting day 6.
  • All rent, deposits, and electricity payments made through DoorLoop software (ACH fee only 99¢). You'll receive an invitation to set up your account by email or text.
  • A $35 fee applies for insufficient funds.
  • One (1) RV per site, maximum two (2) vehicles and four (4) guests per site.
  • Additional guests: $100 per person for stays of 5+ days within a 30-day period.
  • No refunds are given for early departures. Refunds processed within 7 business days of move-out.
  • All guests must be registered. Rent is considered late after the 5th of each month.

2. Parking & Vehicles

  • Maximum two (2) vehicles per site — must park on the concrete pad only.
  • No parking on grass, in the roadway, or blocking other sites.
  • Vehicles must be operable, currently registered, and inspected.
  • No commercial vehicles or trailers may be stored on site without written management approval.
  • Speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.

3. Pet Rules

  • Maximum two (2) pets per site with management approval only.
  • All pets must be current on vaccinations — proof required at move-in.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the RV. No exceptions.
  • Owner is responsible for immediately cleaning up all pet waste.
  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will result in a warning; repeated issues may require removal of the pet.
  • No aggressive breeds. Management reserves final discretion.

4. Rig & Site Appearance

  • RVs must be in good working order and appearance — no visible damage, tarps, or extended repairs.
  • Sites must be kept clean and tidy. No accumulation of trash, junk, or unused equipment.
  • Personal belongings must be stored inside the RV or in approved containers only.
  • No permanent structures, sheds, decks, or fencing without written management approval.
  • A $25 landscaping fee applies if the landscaper must clear your area before mowing.

5. General Rules

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Respect your neighbors.
  • Trash must be placed in the on-site dumpster. Do not leave trash outside your RV.
  • Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
  • Open fires are prohibited except in approved contained fire pits.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • The laundry facility is for residents only. Please leave it clean.

6. Zero-Tolerance Policies

  • Zero tolerance for illegal drug use or manufacture. Immediate eviction without refund.
  • Zero tolerance for domestic violence, threats, or physical altercations. Immediate eviction without refund.
  • Zero tolerance for theft or vandalism on any resident, guest, or park property.
  • No firearms may be discharged on premises.

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  • Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests, family members, and pets.
  • Residents assume all risk of use of park facilities including laundry and common areas.
  • Management reserves the right to modify these rules with reasonable notice.
  • Serious or repeated violations may result in eviction without refund.

This property is served by a private well. Please read carefully and sign.

Water Supplied by Private Well

This property uses a private water well. Private wells are common in this area and are not regulated by municipal utilities. Water may contain naturally occurring minerals, iron, sulfur, or sediment. Weather and seasonal changes may affect taste, odor, clarity, or pressure.

The well system is periodically maintained and tested; however, No Bad Days RV, LLC makes no guarantee regarding potability, taste, odor, mineral content, or suitability for drinking or cooking. Guests are encouraged to use bottled water for drinking or cooking.

Please report immediately: unusual taste or odor, discoloration or sediment, low pressure, or any concerns related to water use.

Assumption of risk. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this notice. I understand this property is served by a private well and that No Bad Days RV, LLC makes no guarantee regarding water potability. I assume all risks associated with well water use, including risks related to drinking, cooking, bathing, or other uses.
